Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ("Followfy", "we", "us"). By using our website, the AI Concierge live demo, our text message programs or the AI Concierge service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use them for a company, you confirm you may accept these Terms on its behalf.
Our services
AI Concierge is an AI assistant for property management. It answers residents and tenants by text and chat, opens and tracks work orders, books amenities, sends reminders, and keeps property teams informed. We offer it through our website at aiconcierge.followfy.co, a free live demo, and paid subscriptions.
Live demo
- Free, no obligation. The demo runs for 5 days, requires no payment information, and does not obligate you to buy anything.
- Simulated activity. The demo generates sample resident messages, work orders, rent reminders and replies, labeled as simulated. Resident names are fictional.
- Estimates. Figures such as staff time saved or message volume are estimates based on stated assumptions, not a promise of results.
- Your data. You confirm you have the right to upload any file you use in the demo. The demo keeps only buildings, units and rent status, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not type real residents' personal information into the demo.
- Your team. You are responsible for the people you invite and what they do in the demo.
- Changes. We may change, pause or end the demo at any time.
Customers
If you subscribe to AI Concierge, your order form or customer agreement with us governs the service, fees and data handling. If it conflicts with these Terms, the customer agreement controls. As a customer, you are responsible for:
- having the rights and consents needed to share resident information with us and to have AI Concierge message your residents;
- the accuracy of the building information, policies and answers you give AI Concierge;
- reviewing escalations and handling emergencies and decisions that require a person; and
- complying with laws that apply to your properties, including fair housing, debt collection and consumer protection laws.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use our services for anything illegal, harmful, harassing, discriminatory or deceptive;
- send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- upload malware or try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer our services;
- access accounts, demos or data that are not yours; or
- use our services to build a competing product.
We may suspend or end access if these Terms are not followed.
SMS terms
AI Concierge Demo and Updates (prospects)
- What you get. If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, we text you about your demo: alerts, daily tips and your recap. If you also agreed to marketing texts, occasional product updates and offers.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies and is highest during your 5-day demo.
AI Concierge Resident Messaging (residents and tenants)
- What you get. When you text a property that uses AI Concierge, you receive replies on behalf of that property about your requests, such as maintenance updates, reservations, reminders and building notices.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your requests and your property's notices.
For all programs
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that number. You will receive one confirmation message. Reply START to opt back in.
- Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
- Consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
AI and emergencies
AI Concierge uses artificial intelligence to understand messages and write replies. AI can misunderstand or make mistakes. Replies are provided for convenience and are not legal, financial or professional advice. AI Concierge is not an emergency service. If anyone is in danger, or there is a fire, gas leak, flood or other emergency, call 911 first.
Ownership and feedback
AI Concierge, our website, the demo, and their software, design and content belong to Followfy. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use them as these Terms allow. You keep the rights to the data you provide. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.
Disclaimers
Except as stated in a signed customer agreement, our website, demo and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result shown in the demo will be achieved.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Followfy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. For the free website and demo, our total liability for any claim is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). For customers, liability is governed by the customer agreement.
You agree to defend and hold Followfy harmless from claims arising from content you provide without the right to do so, or from your breach of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of , without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above, and for material changes we will give notice on this page or by email. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
